Cheddar Bacon Deep fryed skins


Bacon Cheddar Deep Fried Potato skins

5 Potato's baked( You want them soft but firm enough to dig the potato out)
1/2 C Cheddar Cheese
Bacon crumbled
Oil

Bake your potatoes, and cut them in half. Dig out the potato out of the middle. BUT you still want a thicker layer of potato still in the skins. Put the skins in hot oil till they are golden brown. In a bowl mash your potato, cheese, bacon, milk, seasonings(salt pepper). Once its mixed take your fried skins and stuff them with potato mixture.  Top with cheddar cheese and remaining bacon. Bake until cheese is melted.
