<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The opinions are of my own. Caveman Coffee sent me these products in exchange for a review. All opinions are my own, </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I was sent this Cocoa Butter from Caveman Coffee. So I have created this Salted Caramel Pretzel Fudged Up Fudge. It was suppose to be real fudge but it tastes like fudge. Just doesn't look like fudge. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Ingredients:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Bottom Layer:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Crusted up pretzels</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2nd Layer:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1 bag of dark chocolate chips</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 Chunks of Cocoa Butter </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
3rd Layer:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 C Sugar</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1/2 C Heavy Cream</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1 Tsp Salt</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
In a pan crush up pretzel and layer it. Then in a pan melt your chocolate chips, cocoa butter condensed milk. Pour over top of pretzels. Then in a pan melt down your sugar stirring a lot. Once its melted and starting to turn brown add in your heavy cream and salt. Set aside to let it cool down. In the meantime set your fudge in the fridge while your caramel cools off. Once its cooled off get out your fudge and pour the salted caramel over the top. Then put back in the fridge to cool off. Top with remaining whole pretzels. Eat and enjoy!!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
<br />
Hello, I contacted by <a href="http://canadathestore.com/">CanadaTheStore.com</a> to review maple syrup and Maple Tea in honor of Canada Day. I created three recipes using their Maple Syrup! I also made Maple Ice Tea :-) <br />
<br />
<b>*I was not paid to review Maple Syrup and Maple Tea. I was given the product to try out and review. All opinions are my own*</b><br />
<br />
The Maple Syrup was really good, so good in fact that I made three recipes using it...And used the whole bottle. I highly recommend it. I give it two thumbs up!<br />
<b> </b><br />
So lets start Canada Day off with breakfast! What screams breakfast more then Coffee cake, Maple Syrup AND bacon??? I created a Maple Bacon Coffee Cake...Yes you heard that right. Then I drizzled warm maple syrup over it as it baked. Can you say yummy???<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Last night I was making Buffalo Chicken Won Ton Cups, and decided that I wanted to try something new. I admit I love Totinos Pizza Rolls, and wanted to make a homemade version. So I created this super easy recipe :-) You can use buffalo chicken or you can use shredded bbq chicken. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Package of Won Ton Wrappers</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Water for sealing</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Shredded Buffalo Chicken</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
(I bake and shred chicken and add buffalo wing sauce)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />Oil for frying</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Take a won ton wrapper and around the edges put water, this will use as a sealer. Now take a a little bit of buffalo chicken in the middle. Now, take the sides and fold them over, and then fold the other sides over so it seals, and makes a roll of sorts. Add more water for sealing if need be. Now fill a pan with oil, and heat till hot. Next put in the rolls, and let them get golden on each side. Don't walk away from it because it will get over done. Now take out and put on a paper towel. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We dipped these in ranch but you can use whatever dipping sauce you like. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
<br />
<br />
I was inspired a while back by <a href="http://www.vegas.com/">Vegas.com</a> to create a pizza inspired by one of the many <a href="https://www.vegas.com/resorts/">Las Vegas Hotels</a>. I agreed, because I love melty cheese and pizza.Today I have created a unique pizza, that is inspired by the MGM Grand Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas. Today I bring you my Whiskey Steak Pizza topped with green onion and fried onion strings. This pizza has a whiskey BBQ and caramelized onion sauce, then its loaded down with steak, mozzarella and provolone cheese. Then I took it a step further and topped it with onion strings and fresh green onion. I hope you enjoy it. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Dough:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1 C Warm Water(NOT HOT)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 1/4 Tsp Yeast</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 Tsp Olive Oil</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 1/2 C Flour</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 Tsp Garlic Powder</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1/4 Tsp Salt</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
In a bowl combine your warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes till the yeast is foamy. Then add your olive oil, flour, garlic powder and salt. Mix till the dough is combined. Let it rise for an hour. While its rising you can work for the toppings:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Sauce</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Whiskey Caramelized Onion BBQ Sauce made easy:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1 Bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1/4 C your favorite whiskey</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
3 Sliced onions into rings(thin)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
3 T Olive Oil</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1 T Sugar</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Heat up your olive oil, sugar and seasonings. Toss in your sliced thin onions. Cook them down till they start turning a caramel color. Add your BBQ sauce, and whiskey. Cook on low for about 45 minutes. Set aside. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Toppings:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Steak </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 Cups of Mozzarella and Provolone Mixed </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />
I bought steak strips and seared them in as skillet with a tablespoon of butter. So as to get a good sear on it. Then I put it in the oven for 10 minutes. I brush it with BBQ sauce and let it rest. Now I grab my dough that has been rising for an hour and spread it on a pizza pan. Now take your BBQ sauce mixture and spread it over the top of the dough. Now take and slice your steak into small pieces and put on top of your sauce. Now top it with the cheese. Put it in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Garnish:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
3 Onions sliced thinly</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1 C Milk</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1 C Flour</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
3 T Garlic Sea Salt</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Put onions in the milk, then in the flour. Next heat up oil and deep fry them till they are golden. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When your pizza is done, top it with the fried onion strings and fresh green onion. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Eat and Enjoy!!</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
I love cheese, and I love garlic. Dominos makes a stuffed cheesy bread so I thought I'd try my hand at it. I think it came out pretty good :-) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Pizza Dough:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1 Cup Warm NOT hot water</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 1/4 Tsp Yeast</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 Tsp Olive Oil</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 1/2 C Flour</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
2 Tsp Garlic Powder</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1/4 Tsp Salt</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
In a bowl put your hot water and yeast. Let it proof for 5 minutes. Then add your olive oil, flour, salt, garlic powder. Mix till combined. Let it rise for an hour. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Once it has risen you can make the stuffed bread. Take it and spread it out on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Stuffed Bread:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
4 Cups of cheese(Mozzarella and cheddar)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1/4 C Grated Parm</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
3 T of Garlic Salt</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
1/2 Cup melted butter.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Once your dough is spread out, spread your butter mixture on it. Then spread 2 cups of the cheese over half of it. Then fold it over and seal the edges. Brush the butter mixture on top and let it bake till it starts to turn golden brown. Top with remaining cheese. Bake till melted. Eat and enjoy!</div>

2 Cans of Dole Pineapple Rings (20 oz)<br />
1/3 Cup of butter<br />
2/3 C Brown Sugar<br />
1 package (18 oz) Yellow Cake or Pineapple Cake Mix<br />
9 Cherries Cut in half<br />

Melt your butter and mix in your brown sugar and put it evenly in your muffin tins. Now drain your pineapple and make sure you save the juice. Next put your pineapple rings in the brown sugar mixture. Next put in your cherries, cut side up. Set aside. Now mix your cake mix making sure instead of water you use your reserved pineapple juice. Now put in 1/3 cup of batter on top of each pineapple. Bake for 20 minutes, until a tooth pick comes out clean. Let it cool for 5 minutes then turn it over onto a cookie sheet. Go around the edges before flipping over.<br />
<br />
Please make sure that you use a bigger muffin tin because it will not be able to hold the batter.<br />

<div style="text-align: center;">
Last February I was asked to review Mimi's Adventures in Baking Chocolate Chip Cookies, and I was honored to be contacted again to review Alyssa Gangeri's new book. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>* Please note thoughts are all my own, I was not paid to say anything. I was just given the book to review*</b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Alyssa Gangeri's new book Mimi's Adventures in Baking Gingerbread Men is a great book for the Christmas season. This is a new twist with childrens books, because it actually provides the recipe. So kids can read, and cook at the same time. How cool is that? This is something that I love about her books. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This book follows a Grandmother and her grandaughter as they make Gingerbread men. Not only is it a story but kids can actually MAKE the cookies. You do not see books like this for kids... My kids love this book...I would recommend everyone get it :-) Make it apart of your holiday tradition. </div>

Chef Alyssa has been baking since she was a little girl in her grandmother's kitchen. Since graduating from the Culinary Institute of America she has worked for famous chefs and elite companies such as the Ritz Carlton, Tom Colicchio, Norman Van Aken and Gray Kunz. She currently is the Executive Chef at Riverwalk Bar and Grill on the Historic nook of New York City, Roosevelt Island. She also has a boutique custom cake company called AllyCakesNYC where she creates cakes to appease the imagination. Through her journey of baking she developed Mimi, her very own miniature version of herself. As a child she loved baking and everything that came with it. As an adult and food lover she realized there was something missing when she frequented bookstores. A interactive children's cookbook. And we are not talking about a boring old cookbook for kids with lots and lots of recipes, and some pictures. Children these days have just as much interest in the kitchen as there parents do, but the ordinary cookbook is just not going to cut it. She created Mimi's Adventures in Baking to give children and adults a way to get into the kitchen and allow the child to become the chef and the adult the assistant. With each book has one recipe and an interactive storyline the child can read, and at the end go into the kitchen and do what Mimi did! And for the "non-baking" parent, these elite pastry chef recipes are tested and ready for even the most inexperienced baker! Impress other moms with Mimi's creations! Mimi's Adventures in Baking will also teach children how to measure, mix and bake their way through the kitchen while also giving safety tips along the way. No more boring cookbooks! Now there is a fun, exciting and educational way to learn how to bake!<br />
