Peant Butter Chocolate Cheesecake



So I love Reeses Peanut butter cups...The mix of chocolate and peanut butter is my top favorite. So I created this really good Peanut butter cheesecake :-)

Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Crust:
1 package of chocolate sandwich cookies smashed
5 T Butter Melted

In a bowl mix your smashed cookies and butter till combined. Pour into a greased Spring form pan. Put it in the freezer for a bit. 
Cheesecake Mixture
4  8 oz boxes of Cream cheese
1 C Sugar
1/2 C Flour
6 Eggs
2 C Sour Cream
2 Tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 C Creamy Peanut Butter
Drizzle on Top
Semi Sweet Chocolate chips melted

IN a bowl mix your cream cheese and peanut butter together. Next add your eggs. Beat till creamy. Add your flour, sugar, sour cream, vanilla. Mix till combined.  Pour into the spring form pan. Bake it at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes. You want the middle to be firm. Stick a knife in it and make sure it comes out clean. 
Set it out on a cooling rack for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes take a knife and go around the edges. Now release it from the spring form pan. Take a baggy or a piping bag and pour your chocolate in it. Drizzle the top with chocolate. Let it sit for 10 minutes before putting it in the fridge to cool. After the 10 minutes, put it in the fridge for an hour to cool.
