Chicken Subs, Basil Tomato spread and Homemade Potato chips

Good Morning Everyone,
Today I'm bringing you the recipes for my Chicken subs, Sun dried tomato basil garlic spread for the subs, and homemade potato chips. These subs were amazing and the spread tasted sooo good on it.

Sun Dried Tomato Spread

4 Halves of Sun Dried Tomato halves(pat them down if you have the ones in oil)
5 Basil Leaves Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 C Mayo

In a food processor mix your sun dried tomato halves, basil and garlic and mix till its all chopped and tiny. Then add your mayo. Mix on high till its all combined.  Set it aside in the fridge to chill. If you want to make a bigger batch just add more mayo, basil, garlic and tomato to taste.

Potato Chips

5 Potatoes
Water to cover the sliced potatoes

Slice the potatoes thin so they look like circles. Put them in a bowl and cover with water. Then in about 10 minutes take them out and pat them dry. Heat up a pan of oil about half a pan. Then cook the potatoes till they are golden and crisp. Take out and put on a paper towel. Salt to taste.

Chicken Subs

5 Chicken Breasts boneless skinless
1 T. Adobo
1 T. Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
2 Tablespoons of butter.

Sub Rolls
Spread
Mozzarella
Cooked Peppers and Onions

Slice chicken into strips and then cut the strips in half. Do this till all the chicken is cut up. Cook it with no oil or butter till it's most of the way done. Add butter half way through cooking. Cook and then drain to a paper towel.

Chop  your onions and Peppers and cook them till soft. Set aside.

Take your Sub roll and add some of the basil tomato spread. Then add chicken slices, peppers and onions, mozzarella. Put in the oven till the cheese is melted at 350 degrees. Take out and enjoy!!
