Homemade Mac N Cheese


Homemade Mac N  Cheese

1 Box of Elbow Mac
1 thing of Colby Jack Cheese chopped into pieces
2 Cups of Milk
5 Tbs Flour
1 Tbsn Dried Mustard
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
Pinch of Onion Powder
Pinch of Garlic Powder
Shredded Sharp Cheddar

Boil your macaroni till it is done. In a sauce pan pour in 2 cups of milk. Mix the flour and seasonings together. Then pour those in the milk. You need to cook it on low till it gets thick. Add your cubed cheese till it all melts. Once your cheese sauce gets done take it off the heat. Drain your macaroni and pour the cheese sauce over it. Mix it up. Pour half of it into a glass dish. Sprinkle some of the cheddar cheese on it, pour the rest of the macaroni. Put the rest of your shredded cheese on top. Spray the bottom of the aluminum foil and cover the mac n cheese. Bake it at 400 till cheese is melted.
