Easy Blueberry Muffins
1 Box of Pastry Sheets from Peppridge Farms
1 Can of Blueberry Pie Filling
Water for sealing
Glaze:
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Water or Milk
Roll out your pastry sheets. Slice to make 4 big squares. Take a spoon and spoon a little bit of blueberry in the middle of the square. Dip your finger in water or a brush, to brush the edges of the water. Fold over to make a triangle. Take your fork and fork the edges to seal. Place on a baking sheet. Do this till all of them are done. Bake at 350 till golden brown. Cool down.
Glaze:
Mix your powdered sugar and milk/or water till smooth. Drizzle over the turn overs. And enjoy. Its that easy.
