Buffalo Chicken Won Ton Cups



Good Evening Everyone,


Johnny and I LOVE LOVE buffalo chicken. So today I constructed Buffalo Chicken Won ton cups. They are easy.


3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Bottle of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce(or your favorite)
1 Package of Won Ton Wrappers
Shredded Cheese

I put 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts in the crock pot, and pour in your favorite buffalo sauce. We use Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce. Pour a bottle of it over the chicken. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. You want the chicken to be able to fall apart and shred. After it's cooked, then shred it and let it soak up the sauce. You can use this shredded buffalo chicken for lots of things.

Take a muffin tin and push the won ton wrappers in it, so that it forms a cup. Bake for 5 minutes. Be careful they burn easy. After they are baked then take them out and put them on a cookie sheet. Then put shredded chicken in them.  Top with cheese and bake for 350 till cheese has melted.

I served it with homemade ranch, using this recipe Country Cooks Homemade Ranch Dressing
