Butter Rosemary Garlic Chicken
1 Whole Chicken
1 Stripped branch of rosemary chopped small
4 tablespoons of garlic
1 Stick of Butter
Stick a knife under the skin and stick your finger in and lift the skin up gently. Stuff and rub garlic under the skin. Then take the last 2 Tablespoons of garlic and rub all over the chicken. Take your chopped rosemary and sprinkle over the top. Pour butter all over the chicken. This was a 5 lb chicken and I baked it in my Electric Oven roaster for 2 and half hours. Bake until done and golden brown.

I haven't made a whole chicken for years. Love these flavours. Thanks for sharing on Foodie Friends Friday and remember to come back and vote on Sunday.

I don't usually make whole chickens because most of the members of my family like white meat. But this recipe looks so good! I wonder if I could just rub chicken breasts with the butter and rosemary? Thanks for sharing at Foodie Friends Friday!
