Good Morning Everyone! I hope that you all had a great Memorial Day Weekend. Ours was so busy but a fun one. The kids were exhausted from the weekend. Yesterday we went to the Memorial Day Parade. Actually all we had to do was go to our Front Porch. LOL The Parade goes right by our house :-) Then we went to a cookout at my dearest's parents house. She always makes a TON of food....It was all tasty though.
Tonight for supper we are having: Roasted garlic,butter chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy, beets, corn, and stuffing.
Its my last oven roasted chicken till Fall/winter. It gets way to hot to cook in in the oven.
