Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwiches with Homemade Coleslaw

Good Afternoon! Today I bring you my Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich topped with homemade coleslaw. My hubby says this was the best sandwich he has had in a long time!!! Its sooo good and pretty easy.

Ingredients:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 C. buttermilk
2 Cups of flour
2 Tsp Garlic Salt
Salt and Pepper to season
1 inch of oil for frying

In a pan put about 2 inches of oil and let it sit while you prepare. In two bowls put butter milk in one, and flour, and garlic salt in the other.  Set it aside. Now take your boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut them in half. Next you need to pound them till they are thin.  Once you have done the chicken then you can get ready to fry it. You need to salt and pepper each side. Tip it in the flour and coat it. Then dip it in the buttermilk, then back to the flour. Then you can start frying. Heat up your oil till its hot..I set the heat at about 3.  When its hot you can put the chicken breast in. I cooked it about 5 minutes a side till both sides are golden. They are thin so it won't take long to cook inside. Repeat till all the chicken is fried. Put it on a paper towel to get excess grease off.  Now to create the sandwich.

Rolls
Fried Chicken breasts
Leaf lettuce

Take your roll and put your chicken on it, then coleslaw and your leaf lettuce. My hubby added bbq sauce to his and said it made it so good.  Eat and enjoy!
