Crock Pot Shredded Chicken parmesaen Sandwiches

I was inspired to make this when I saw my good friend and bloggers chicken parm sandwich! So I decided I would create this Crock Pot Shredded chicken parm sandwich!  Its so easy and great for everyone :-) 

Crock Pot Shredded Chicken Sandwiches:

3 Chicken breasts
Package of Wishbone Garlic and Herb Dry Dressing Mix
Olive oil for rubbing on chicken
1/4 C Water
1 Jar of Garlic and basil Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 C Shredded Parm
1/3 C of Shaky Parm
1 T Basil
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Parsley

1/4 C Softened butter
4 T of Shaky Parm
1 Tsp Garlic Sea Salt
Shredded Parm
Favorite rolls or bread

In the crock pot rub down three chicken breasts with olive oil, salt and pepper just a sprinkle. Then top with the dry dressing mix. Cook on high for 4-6 hours till chicken falls apart.Take chicken out and shred it. Drain the liquid out of the crock pot. Now add your sauce, parm, basil, oregano and parsley. Then add chicken. Cook until heated through.

Take your bread and spread your softened butter mixture and cook until golden brown on the bottom. Add your shredded parm, chicken mixture and top with a slice of mozzarella. Put the top on and cook until cheese is melted in a skillet.

I served this with cucumber salad.
