Cinnamon Roll Bread

I love baking bread...I love watching the yeast proof, seeing my dough rise, handling the dough, smelling it baking. There is nothing like homemade bread! Seriously! This recipe is really easy. I make all of it in my stand mixer.  So I had an idea to create Cinnamon Roll bread. Its so good.

Cinnamon Roll Bread
1/2 C Warm Water
2 1/4 Tsp Yeast
1 T Sugar
1 1/2 C Warm Water
4 C Flour
3 T Sugar
2 Tsp Salt

In a bowl put in your warm water, yeast and sugar. Mix it a bit. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Once your yeast has foamed then add your 1 1/2 cups of warm water, flour, sugar and salt. Mix it up till it becomes a ball of dough. You don't want it wet, but not dry either. Put it in a greased bowl to rise for an hour. While its rising you can work on the filling:

Filling:
1 stick of softened butter
(not melted)
1/2 Cup Sugar
3 T Cinnamon

Once your bread has risen and doubled, you will put it on a cutting board with flour. Cut it in two as this will make two loaves. Flatten it out with your hands or a rolling pin to form sort of a rectangle.  Take your softened butter and spread it over the dough. Next add a good amount of sugar cinnamon mixture all over the rectangle. Fold the sides over a bit then roll it up starting at one end and roll it sealing the end. Put it in a greased baking dish and let it rise for an hour. Once its doubled in size, put it in the oven and bake till golden brown. Do the same with the second loaf. Take it out and let it cool for a bit...Then take the bread out on a cooling rack. Once its cool you can make a drizzle with glaze.

Glaze:
1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar

Mix well. Put in a baggy and cut the end off. Drizzle over the top.  Eat and ENJOY
