So, I've been really stressed lately, and when I am stressed I cook :-) However, this is very good for my blog! LOL So I created this super easy taco dip :-) I hope you enjoy it. Sorry for the terrible picture but it was dark and I did the best I could.
Taco Dip
Jar of Cheez-Whiz
1 red pepper diced
2 lbs of Hamburger
Taco Seasoning
1 small container of sour cream
In a skillet brown your hamburger and fix according to the Taco seasoning packet. Drain excess liquid. Set aside. In a sauce pan put in your cheez whiz, sour cream and red peppers. Mix it up. Then take your hamburger mixture and add it to the cheese mix. Heat it up till the dip is warm. Serve with Tortilla chips.
