Pineapple Sticky Rolls

Last weekend I bought a bag of Rhodes Dinner Rolls dough. I had some leftover so today I thought I'd create an awesome breakfast or snack dish.  Your having a busy morning? Create these the night before. They are so good.

Bag of Frozen Dinner Roll Dough
(Its balls of dough)
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 Stick of melted butter
1/4 C Pineapple Juice

In a bowl whisk your brown sugar, melted butter and pineapple juice. Spray your muffin tin well, then add a table spoon of the sugar mixture in each cup of the muffin tin. Place a frozen dough ball in each cup. Preheat oven to 350. Set your muffin tin on the back of the stove till the dough has thawed and doubled in size.  Once it has doubled in size then place in the oven till the rolls are done. Take it out of the oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Take a cookie sheet and lay it over the top of the muffin tin. Gently flip it over so the rolls turn out on the cookie sheet. They will be upside down.  Let the sugar mixture trip down the rolls. Eat and enjoy!!!
