Cheesy Potatoes-Redone


This recipe is a family recipe from Hubs side. I was given the recipe and changed it a little bit. Other then that is the same and so good. Like really good :-) Enjoy!

Cheesy Potatoes
1 bag of hashbrowns
(southern style NOT shreded and THAWED)
1 big container sour cream
(not the small tiny one but the next size up)
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
2 bags of Cheddar Jack
(or just cheddar if you don't have cheddar jack)
1/2 stick of butter melted
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Tsp Pepper

*Make sure the hashbrowns are thawed out because it won't cook right if not.**

In a bowl put in your bag of thawed hash browns. Pour in your melted butter, garli salt and pepper. Mix it up. Then add sour cream and cream of chicken soup.  Stir till its all combined. Add your 2 bags of shredded cheese. Mix it up. Put it in a 9x13 and spread it out. Bake for 350 until bubbly and golden brown. ENJOY
