Crock Pot Pepper Roast

 Crock pot Pepper Roast

Growing up my mom always made Pepper steak. It was soooo good. Well I decided to do spin on it and made a Pepper Roast :-)

Roast of your choice
2 Cans of Diced tomatoes. (One with the just the other drained)
2 Peppers slicked
1 Onion Chopped
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning

In your crock pot put in your roast. Then dump your tomatoes on top. Cook on low, half way you should cut the peppers and onions and throw them in there.  Cook on low till the meat falls apart. Then you shred the meat for sandwiches. You can also shred it and put it on top of rice.

  5. Do you not pepper your Crock Pot Pepper Roast? No, and you right! Black pepper from our local stores is tasteless. I discovered the pleasure of pepper with a very fragrant black pepper that comes from Asia, Kampot pepper. Educate yourself, it's worth it.

    1. It's Bell Peppers which is why I call it Pepper Roast. 2. I buy peppercorns to grind and enjoy.
