Cheesy Bread Sticks

Cheesy Bread Sticks

1 C. Warm Water
2 1/4 Tsp Yeast
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 1/2 Cups of Flour

Toppings:
1 Stick of Melted Butter
1 T. Garlic Salt
1 1/2 C. Shredded Mozzarella/Provolone Cheese

In a bowl put in your warm water. Do not put it to hot or it'll kill the yeast. Put in your yeast, and stir it till it dissolves.  Then add your olive oil. Then your flour, salt, garlic powder. Mix it till its a soft dough.  If your doing this by hand then knead it for 2 minutes. Put it in a greased bowl to rise in a warm area draft free for an hour, or until doubled.

Once it has doubled, then take your pizza pan or cookie sheet upside down and wrap with aluminum foil. Spread olive oil on the pan or cookie sheet. Then spread out your dough into a circle. Take your melted butter/garlic salt mixture and spread it over the dough. Then top with cheese. Bake at 350 till cheese has melted. Take out of oven and sprinkle with Parsley. Cut into strips. ENJOY!
