Chili and Honey Molasses Corn bread


Honey Molasses Corn Bread
*My dearest loves Molasses, so I decided to make a honey molasses cornbread.

1 1/4 Flour
3/4 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
1/4 C sugar ( You can cut it in half)
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1//2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup of Milk
1 Egg
1/4 Oil
2 TBS Molasses
1 TBS of Honey

Mix together all your dry ingredients, and then put all of your wet ingredients in. Mix together. In a pie plate or a small baking dish spray with non stick spray. Pour in batter. Bake at 350 till Golden brown.

Crock pot Chili

2-3 lbs of Hamburger browned
1 large can of Tomato Sauce
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1 Small can of tomato sauce
2 Tablespoon Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons of Cumin
1 Tsp of Onion Powder
1 Tsp of Garlic powder
1 Tsp Mustard Powder
1 Tsp Celery Seed
1 Tsp of Vinegar
Sprinkle of ground red pepper
2 TBS Sugar
1 Tsp of Regular salt

Combine ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on high for 3 hours. Its a bit spicy but so good. 
Serve with cheese and onions.
