Cheesy Chicken Ranch bake

Cheesy Chicken Ranch Bake

Today was my MIL's surprise party and it was a success :-) She loved it. So tonight we needed food, but wasn't sure what to eat. So my dearest and I made this recipe tonight. It was all by experiment. And boy was it good.

Have a super day!

Cheesy Chicken Ranch Bake

Ingredients:

3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut up.
Adobo All Purpose seasoning on both sides of chicken
1/2 Cup of Ranch dressing in a bottle( we really did this to our taste so you can add more or less if ya want.)
Garlic Salt to taste
Rice ( I did 4 servings according to the back of the box)
1 bag of broccoli, or you can use a head of broccoli)
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
One half a block of cheese shredded
1/2 cup of Italian Bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon of butter melted

Directions:

Cook your chicken and rice. Seasoning as you like it. We did garlic sea salt. Once that is cooked then you combine your chicken, and rice. Add broccoli, cream of chicken soup, and ranch. Mix well. Pour into a casserole dish. Put aluminum foil over it and bake it for 15 or 20 minutes. While its baking shred your cheese and mix the bread crumbs in with it. Till it kinda makes a crumble. Sprinkle over casserole after its baked for 20 minutes. Pour butter over the bread crumbs and cheese. Bake till golden brown.
