Cheddar Bacon Fries

     1 Package OrIda Waffle Fries (you can either bake or deep fry)
     5 Slices of bacon
     1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar or I used Mozzarella
     1/2 Block of Mild Cheddar
     1/4 Cup of flour
 1 1/2 Cup of Milk
 4 TSP of Butter
         In a pan melt butter. Put in flour and whisk. DO NOT let it brown. Pour in the cold milk and whisk.  Add cheese and whisk until its a smooth consistency. 

  Assembling Cheddar Bacon Fries:

Lay on a pan the baked or deep fries waffle fries. Season with salt if you want. Pour cheese sauce all over it. Then top with bacon. Then sprinkle shredded cheese over.. Bake until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
