Growing up, my family had the tradition that on your birthday you got to pick your favorite dinner. It did not matter how crazy it was. For instance I always requested " Chicken casserole, Salsa Strips, Pickles and Cherry Coke"...ahaha! So now that I have a family of my own, I kept the tradition going. So my daughter Meghan turns 4 today. She was born on Fathers Day. Best gift ever. So her request for dinner: Steak on the grill, beets, and a zucchini, summer squash veggie packet. Im also making her rainbow cupcakes :-)
