Good Morning!
Today we were suppose to have my daughters 2nd birthday party at the park. However, last night it decided to rain. So everything is wet. So we had to change plans till tomorrow. I really hate it when that happens...I had plans today, and this weather didn't wanna help in that. Ugh!
So tomorrow morning I will be making 2-3 dozen Elmo cupcakes and having the party tomorrow. Even if its wet out. This party WILL go on. LOL
Tonight I think we might have Chicken Pot pie! I will be posting the recipe. I do cheat and use Pillsbury crust that I just roll out and fit in a pie dish. I'm not a crust person, so I really have a hard time making it.

Isn't it just like Mother Nature to put a wrench in the plans? :D You should try the inside out chicken pot pie that I made the other night. No crust, just biscuits. It was really good. Here's the recipe I used,but tweaked. http://www.recipe.com/2-step-inside-out-chicken-pot-pie/
