Citrus Butter Cookies

If you remember last month I went to Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond's Cookbook signing. I got her cookbook, flipped it open and saw the "Citrus Butter Cookies"... I had to make them...it has taken me while but I did make them today. They are sooo good, and so springy! They will bring you sunshine even on a rainy day :-)
