Good Evening Everyone

I was so happy when I found @TheCountryCook on facebook. Her recipes are great, and something that everyday people make and enjoy. I was even happier when I saw she had a easy recipe for Beef Stroganoff :-)  The only kind I have made here is the Hamburger Helper kind...and well that's not the healthiest at all. So I thought I would give it a try and see what my family thought. Well....I made it and everyone LOVED it :-) It tasted almost like Hamburger helper but well healthier.
