Many have asked me what Linguica is. Here is a defintion I found online!

Linguiça (Portuguese pronunciation: [lĩˈɡwisɐ]) is a form of Portuguese smoke cured pork sausage seasoned with garlic and paprika.
It is REALLY good :-) We chop it into discs and fry it. Then we buy Portugese Pops ( a form of a roll), and use mayo! Its so good!!! I love it!!! :-)
