Sheperd's Pie

Tonight we are having Sheperds Pie :-) Its a really good recipe :-) I hate mixing foods together on my plate, but for some reason this one doesn't count :-)

1-2 lbs of Hamburger
2 Cans of Corn
10 Potatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a pan start dicing up potatoes for mashed potatoes. Basically do it as you would make your own mashed potatoes.In a skillet start browning your hamburger. After the browning the hamburger, take a casserole dish and put the hamburger on the bottom. Take your two cans of corn and pour on top of the hamburger. Take your mashed potatoes after your done and put it on top of everything. I use my sea salt and cracked pepper grinder and do it on top of the mashed potatoes. Preheat oven to 350. Put the shepards Pie in the oven and bake until the top of the mashed potatoes start to brown. Then Enjoy!
