Crockpot Meatball Subs

Today I am making meatball subs...using my crockpot. This is a hit around here! I hope you enjoY!

Meatball Ingrediants

1 lbs of Hamburger
1 Egg
Ketchup( I just squirt till I think it looks good)
1 cup of oats
Sprinkle Italian Seasoning

Directions: Smash it all together...I use my hands it works better for mixing up the meat mixture. Once its mixed then roll into meatballs...Smaller meatballs if you need to have a lot of meatballs. I make larger ones and cut them in half when they are done. Layer them in your crockpot

Tomato Sauce:
1 containor of spaghetti sauce ( I use a semi big jar but it depends on how many you are feeding)
1 Large Pepper
1 Onion
1-2 cans of diced tomatoes
Oregano
Italian Seasoning
Basil
Salt

Directions: Pour the spaghetti sauce on top of the meatballs, then add your diced peppers, and onions. Sprinkle your seasonings to taste. Add your diced tomatoes. Stir it up a lil bit. Then I put the crockpot on low for about 6-8 hours. or untill the meatballs are done.

Take your roll and put the meatballs in it, add mozzerella, olives or other toppings. You can either bake them or you can just eat them. EnjoY!
