Lemon Blueberry Puffs
(They are located in your freezer section. They are round)
1 Small can of blueberry pie filling
1 box of Lemon Pudding
(Make according to the box)
Lemon Whip Cream
1 box of Whipping Cream
3 T Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Whip till its stiff like whip cream.
Bake the Pastry Puffs as directed on the box. Once they are done, let them sit on a cooling rack till they are cool. Then take a knife and go around the circle on top. Pull it off. Take a spoon and fill the bottom with the blueberry pie filling. Then take some whip cream and put it in a pipping bag or just spoon it in. Next top with lemon pudding. Now pipe in a circle around the pastry puff. You can add a little blueberry or just leave the lemon pudding. Garnish with grated lemon peel.
