Knock your socks off Mashed Potatoes
6 Potatoes Diced, cooked and mashed
1 8oz block of Cream Cheese chopped
1/3 C Milk
3 T Butter
2 Cups of Cheddar Shredded
1 1/2 C Crumbled Bacon
2 Cups of French Fried Onions
1 C Diced Green onions
1 T Salt
Sprinkle of Pepper
Boil your potatoes and mash them with butter, and milk. Add your cream cheese, butter and milk. Whip till combined and smooth. Add in 1 Cup of cheddar, 1 Cup of bacon, 1 cup of french fried onions, salt and pepper. Mix till combined. Take a glass dish and pour in your mashed potatoes. Smooth flat. Then sprinkle with leftover green onions, french fried onions, cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 till Cheese is melted and bubbly. Eat and Enjoy.....These are amazing. You'll thank me later promise.
