Spider Crunch Bites

This months theme is Halloween candy! So today I created these Cream Cheese Crunch Bites. The candy inside is the Crunch Bar bites, and its topped with Reeses Pieces. My youngest said it has a 5 finger rating. So I'll take it :-)

Crunch Bites:

1 1/2 Packages of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Cool Whip
1 Bag of Crunch Bar Bites
1 Tsp Vanilla

Outside:
1 Package of Dark Chocolate
White Frosting
Reeses Pieces

In a mixing bowl put in your cream cheese, sour cream, cool whip, vanilla. Beat till smooth. Add in the Crunch bites. Put in a non breakable bowl and keep it in for about an hour or so. Take it out and then scoop it into balls. Put back in freezer. While its chilling melt down your dark chocolate. Let it cool a bit.  Take a fork and put your balls on it and pour chocolate on it. Set it on a plate. Let the chcoolate harden. Take white gel frosting and make a spider web effect. Top it with a Reeses piece. Put it the freezer for it to harden a bit more. Then EAT and ENJOY!
