I finally got to make my Buffalo Chicken Cheddar Melt Sandwich!!! Seemed like everytime I tried to make this recipe something would prevent it! So here it is. If you do not like buffalo just chance the sauce to BBQ.
2-3 Chicken breasts
1 C. BBQ Sauce or Buffalo Sauce
In your crock pot put the boneless skinless chicken breasts in it. Pour the sauce over the top. Cook on high for 4-6 hours.
1 loaf of Sour dough bread
Take two pieces of bread. Spread butter on the outside of both. On the inside of one spread your ranch on it. Then take your shredded chicken and put it on the bread. Top with two slices of cheddar. Put the second piece of bread on top. Cook till each side is golden brown!! Eat and enjoy!!
