Raspberry Candied Bacon Dark Chocolate Brownies
(Yes you heard it right bacon)

(Mix according to that recipe)

Candied Bacon

1/2 Lb Bacon
1 Cup of Brown Sugar

Take a cookie sheet and spray it. On a flat surface put brown sugar. Take bacon and coat it with brown sugar. Place it on the cooling rack that is on the cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for about half hour. Checking it every 10 minutes. Take it out and put it on a paper plate to cool. Once its cool then you need to dice it.

Raspberry Sauce:
2 Tsp Corn Starch
1 1/2 Tsp Water
1/2 cup of Sugar
6 oz Fresh Raspberries

In a sauce pan mix your corn starch, water and sugar. Add in your raspberries and stir to coat. Turn it on low and let the raspberries breakdown. Make sure to keep stiring. Put in a jar to cool.

Now to assemble:
Once you have made the brownie mix and poured it in your pan then you can add the toppings. Take a handful of candied bacon and sprinkle over the top of the brownie batter. Then take a couple spoonful of raspberry sauce and swirl it in the brownies.  Bake at 350 till brownies are done.  Top with remaining candied bacon and drizzle raspberry sauce on top. Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream
