Fruit Crumble Cups

Good Afternoon Everyone,
So awhile back I got this amazing brownie pan from a Pampered Chef party online I attended. I have been so wanting to use it for a long time or well siince I got it  last week ha. Well my weekend FINALLY slowed down and last night I came up with a brilliant idea. This is how this recipe was formed. HA! It's so easy though :-)

Ingredients:
1-2 Cans of Grands Biscuits
2 Apples diced (You can use any fruit you want, or even pie filling)
1/4 Tsp of Apple Pie Spice
2 Tsp of Sugar
1/4 Cup of water

Topping
1/2 C Brown Sugar
Handful of chopped walnuts
1/4 cup of Old Fashioned Oats
3 Tbs of butter softened
Sprinkle of Apple Pie Spice

Topping Directions
In a bowl combine all topping mixture and use a spoon to mix all the ingredients.

Cup Directions:
Take  your muffin tin or Brownie pan and spray it if need be. Take your biscuit and spread the dough out and put it nicely in the square or round hole. So it makes a cup. Bake at 350 till its almost done. While these are baking take your cut up apples, and add the spices, sugar and water. Cook till they are soft. About 5-10 minutes on low. You want them semi soft but not all the way soft. Take the biscuits out. If its puffed up way to much in the middle you can take a knife and cut a square out of the doughy middle so the apple mix will fit in it. Set it aside. Take your apple mix and put it inside the cup. After that's done make up your topping. Crumple it on top. Bake at 350 till nice and hot and the biscuit is done. Then Enjoy
