Shredded BBQ Roast Beef in the Crock pot

Good Evening Everyone, I really haven't posted any new recipes lately. I have a lot going on. However, tonight I bring you Shredded BBQ Roast Beef Sandwiches. I have a hard time with BBQ pork, so I wanted to do something else. So this is what I came up with. It's super easy too!

Your Favorite Cut of Roast
1 Container of BBQ Sauce
Crock Pot

Take your roast, put it in your crock pot. Dump half a bottle of bbq sauce over it, and about 1/4 cup of water. Put the lid on and turn it on low for 6 hours or till tender. Take it out and shred it. Put it back in the crock pot, and pour in about another cup or so of bbq sauce. Mix it up and put it on high for about 20 minutes. Serve on a roll. I also used Buffalo Cheddar Cheese and it was really good.

  2. Hi,
Maybe it's just me or my tablet, but I cannot read your wonderful blog. There is blue writing over rock salt type picture. I have to dash off to pick up teens...so I'll try again. Please let me know if it'just me ;-)
    Thank you!
