Ham and Cheese Homemade Hot Pockets

J and I LOVE ham and cheese hot pockets. So I wanted to try and make my own version. So here is what I came up with :-) Enjoy it :-)

Ham and cheese pocket

Ingredients:
Pastry Sheet (One box holds 2, so this recipe makes 2)
3 Thick cut slices of ham off the bone
One block of Velveeta
 1/4 C Milk
2-3 Tablespoons of melted Butter
Course Sea Salt(optional)

Take your Pastry Sheets and lay them flat on a cookie sheet. Dice up your velveeta and put it in a pan, with about 1/4 C milk. Heat till you form a cheese sauce. Let it sit with no heat under it. Take a knife and on the two outsides of the pastry sheet slice tassles. Dice your ham and put it in the middle part. Then take your cheese sauce nad pour all over the ham. But make sure you leave enough for the second pocket. Now alternating put the strips over the ham and cheese. So it is sort of braided like this:

Then take about a tablespoon of butter and drizzle over the top. Sprinkle with course salt. Bake at 350 till the pastry is golden brown.   Then slice and enjoy :-)
