Twice bake baked potatoes


Twice Bake Baked Potatoes

These are my favorite kind of potato other then potato skins :-) Here is how I make them. 


Ingredients
6 Potatoes baked and cut in half

Cool them off so you can handle them. Once you do that then scoop out the potato. I use a cookie scoop.


Then put the potato in a bowl to mix. I added:
2 Tblspn Butter
1/2 chopped onion
Half a block of cheese grated

Take your ice cream scoop and scoop in the filling into your potato skins. Grate more cheese on top of the potatoes. Do it till all of them are done. Bake at 350 till hot and the cheese has melted.
