Chicken Rice Soup redone


* I have another chicken rice soup recipe on the blog, but I totally changed it. J actually loves this one more then the other kind.  You should totally try this :-) Its sooo good. *

Chicken Rice Soup(redone)

2 Cooked and shredded boneless skinless chicken
1 Half can of diced tomatoes
Half a bag of frozen peas/carrots/green beans
4 Servings of rice(according to the back of the box)
Canned Potatoes(only used em cause I had them in my pantry)
1 Can of chicken broth, or about 1 C of homemade broth
1 Bay leaf
A few rosemary
2 chopped garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste

In a pan put your shredded chicken, half can of diced tomatoes, veggies, potatoes, spices, bay leaf, and broth. Pretty much everything but the rice. Put it on low and let it simmer. In another pan cook your rice according to your directions. Once the rice is done, you can add it to your soup. Let it cook until time to eat.
