"Chicken and sticks"

Growing up my mom always made this fried chicken that was GREAT! I mean we all loved it when it was for dinner :-) That being said as an adult in my own house I make fried chicken with boneless skinless chicken breasts. The times I have used chicken with bones in it they do not cook right. So I have stuck with the boneless skinless. Well, we went to my brothers wedding, and that week my mom made us fried chicken dinner for supper. All four of us were home :-) Well sitting to eat my daughter exclaimed " Papa look this chicken has a stick in it"....So now and forever fried chicken is and will be known as " Chicken with sticks" :-)
