Hawaiian BBQ Shredded Pork
Pork Shoulder (or whatever you prefer for shredded pork)
1 Container of BBQ Sauce
2 C. Pineapple Juice
1 Large can of Pineapple Chunks
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
Put pork shoulder in the crock pot. Put slits in it. Then pour a 1/2 C of pineapple juice on top. In a bowl mix the rest of the Pineapple juice , brown sugar and your whole container of bbq sauce. Whisk to combine. Pour over the pork. Cook on low for 6 hours then cook on high till it shreds. I cooked it for a total of 8 hours. Shred it and then add your pineapple chunks(I diced them up). Cook on high for a little bit. Serve on buns :-)
