Chicken tenders
4 or 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into tenders ( your you can buy chicken strips already cut up)
Bowl of milk( just enough to dunk the chicken in)
2 cups of flour
Salt
Pepper
Deep fryer or pan of oil
Take each strip and dip into flour, then milk, then back into flour. Then dunk them in the hot oil...till the outside is dark brown. Continue till all them are done.
You can also bread the chicken and bake it to use for the wraps. Its a healthier version.
To make them buffalo or sweet chili sauce we use Franks Buffalo or Franks Sweet Chili sauce. Dip the chicken in them and put them on a cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes.

Ranch
Cheese
Lay your tortilla on a plate. In the middle drizzle ranch in the middle. Top with 2 or 3 slices of the saucy chicken tenders. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and lettuce. Wrap it up and stick a toothpick on it.
French Fries:
I cut the potatoes into slices, throw into oil and when they are done they will be golden brown. Put it on paper towel to keep the oil off.
