I have to admit today I have rocked the kitchen :-) This is my second good recipe of the day. My four year old ate three plates of it :-) This is a must to make :-) So GOOOOO do it :-)
Sweet and Sour Chicken in the Crock Pot
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Bottles of Kikoman Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 20 oz can of Pineapple Tid Bits
1 Green Pepper Chunked
1 Red Pepper Chunked
1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
1 Minched garlic
In the crock pot put your chicken breasts and both bottles of Sweet and Sour sauce. Let it cook for four hours or until chicken can be shredded easily. I do this on high. Once the chicken is done then shred it, and put it in the crock pot. Mix it up. Chop your bell peppers and put them in a bowl. Set aside. Take your pineapple that's in pineaple juice and drain it...But put the strainer in a bowl so you keep your juice. Take your peppers and mix it in with the pineapple. Pour into the chicken. Mix well. Take your pineapple juice and mix in the brown sugar. Put about a half cup of it in with the chicken. Mix it up and set it on low for an hour. When it's done serve with rice.
