Rainbow cupcakes, and weekly Menu
I made colored cupcakes as a trial for my daughters 4th Birthday party at the beach....They turned out pretty awesome. I used store bought cake mix, then used my Wilton Gel color to color batter. I seperated the batter then colored it. I was thrilled with the results. I then made an easy chocolate butter cream frosting.
Frosting:
1/2 Cup of softened butter
4 Cups of Confectioners sugar
1 Tsp of Vanilla
1/4 Cup of milk
1 Tsp of Cocoa
Mix all that together, and then put on cupcakes. I used my pipping bag.
Now its on to the weekly menu :-)
We only do three, because Thursday is payday so at night we run errands, Friday-Sunday we either grab whatever, or eat at MIL's. They live 2 minutes down the road....
1. Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy, green beans and cranberry sauce
2. Cheeseburgers on the grill, potato salad, and some kind of veggie
3. Taco Salad
Have a great day everyone. We are getting my 4 year olds hair trimmed today, and possibly going go kart racing.
