Stuffed Shells, Salad and zucchini bread

Good Morning Everyone,

I guess years ago I made a easy version of stuffed shells, and J loved it. So he asked me to make it again :-) So tonight we are having:

Stuffed shells with mozzarella, salad and zucchini bread :-)

I have a lot of baking I need to do this week. I'm making Eclairs to take to a cookout graduation party on Saturday, need to make and freeze kaiser rolls, make zucchini bread and maybe cookies.
